A typical Qigong session
We start with some gentle warm up and loosening exercises then practice the Shibashi Qigong set performed with several repeats in a fluid and continuous way.
As you become more familiar with the moves we focus in more depth on the breathing, good posture and health benefits of each of the movements in the set. Within a few weeks of regular practice, the set takes about 15-18 minutes to perform.
The focus of the classes is to relax and only do what is comfortable or rest if you experience any pain, tension or discomfort.
