Weekly Class in Dingwall

Beginners and new students

The class time has changed now to 7.30pm due to our development class starting at 7.00pm. This class is for beginners or those who have been coming to class for a while and are familiar with the movements. We practise the warm ups and then the Shibashi 18 movement set. If you feel you would like to develop your technique further please discuss with Sarah or Crockett at class.

Prices as follows:
Main class 1 hour
​£8.00 pay as you go or block book 5 get one free £40

7.00pm - 7.25pm
​For developing students

For students who want to develop their technique further, on Tuesday April 18th we are starting the development class from 7.00-7.20pm to go through a movement or two that can be practised in the main session afterwards. Normal class will then start at 7.30-8.30pm. 

Prices as follows:
Development class plus main session 1.5hrs
​£10.00 or block book 5 get one free £50
​What to bring and wear
  • It is recommended that you wear comfortable loose fitting clothing, and flat soled shoes
  • Wearing of face masks now optional and up to the individual
  • Bring your own drink

What to expect when I arrive, during and after class
  • Chairs will be provided for those who prefer to sit during the session
  • Once everyone is settled, we will begin the class with warm ups, practicing the three stances used in the set and then into the Shibashi Qigong 18 form set.
  • After the class, everyone leaves via the exit door of the hall.

COVID-19 safety information and the hall
  • If you or anyone in your household has had COVID-19 symptoms in the last 7 days, and that if they develop symptoms within 7 days of visiting the premises you MUST use the Test and Protect system to alert others with whom they have been in contact.
  • The cleaniness of hall is of the utmost importance and regular cleaning takes place before and after the hall is used.
